If you are ready to join the third team on the field as a youth girls lacrosse official please fill out the information below.
Your information will be sent to the appropriate association who will then put you in contact with someone from that association to get you started.

US Lacrosse Valid Membership
Attend Mandatory Online training
Complete USA Girls Youth Officials Test on USA Lacrosse
Attend Mandatory on-field training
Attend Mandatory Rating Day
