If you are ready to join the third team on the field as a youth boys lacrosse official please fill out the information below.

Your information will be sent to the appropriate association who will then put you in contact with someone from that association to get you started.

Requirements to become a Northern Vermont Youth Lacrosse League Boys’ Official

  • US Lacrosse Valid Membership

  • Attend Mandatory Online training

  • Complete USA Boys Youth Officials Test on USA Lacrosse

  • Attend Mandatory on-field training
